⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a defective or damaged item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos/videos showing the issue.
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on product availability.
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are only processed for defective or damaged items.
If you want a different item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
